Jessica Brodey

Jessica who was home tutored gained good grades in Maths and English GCSEs.  She was keen to find Apprenticeship work based training and Ultra arranged for her to attend for an interview at the NFU Mutual.

The Company had not employed Apprentices previously so a trial period process was arranged for Jessica before officially starting with Company.  During this trial period Jessica was training and this enabled her to complete the apprenticeship qualification in seven months from the start of her official employment.  Alongside this training she also started in-house insurance training which enabled her to move into a Sales Support role.  Jessica went on to complete an apprenticeship qualification in Customer Service.

Jessica’s employers were so impressed with Apprenticeship training the Company has taken on other apprentices and also other members of staff have completed training.
