Richard Hill

Richard achieved his first ambition after leaving school – a full-time job.  Richard had completed an NVQ Level 1 during his last year at Liskeard School and obtained work experience with vocational training at The Holland Inn Hotel in Hatt.

He made quite a good impression with his employer and was offered a full-time job which was dependant on his father transporting him on the 70 mile round journey.  Richard now has a moped for transport. He achieved a Level 2 Application of Number Key Skill on the Learning Agreement programme and is well on the way to completing Apprenticeship in Food Processing.  All Richard’s training has been done with Ultra Training.

Everyone is pleased with his hard work and success.  Huge credit is also due to Richard’s employer and his Ultra Assessor.
