The most successful businesses recognise that trained staff provide a vital contribution to competitive performance.

If you have employees aged between 16 and 25 we can provide either free or subsidised training via the Government's programme. Apprenticeships are available in a wide range of occupations and provide qualifications up to at least NVQ Level 2 or 3.

Alternatively you might wish to take on an Apprentice as a trainee and pay them an allowance.

For employees over 25, we can access a range of funds that could help significantly towards the cost of training and development.

As a specialist in work based delivery the majority of our training and development programmes are conducted entirely in the work place whilst your staff go about their normal jobs. Our training staff arrange their visits around your business requirements - you tell us when to visit your employees.

You will not, therefore, need to lose your staff to time consuming training days or block release courses.
