PATIENTS BENEFIT FROM NHS/ULTRA PARTNERSHIP

Andrew Riches, Training and Development Co-ordinator for NHS Hospitals Bath, asked Ultra Training to arrange courses in Developing Effective Communication Skills throughout the year for the whole of his staff within NHS Hospitals Bath.

Andrew stated that it has been a great success in helping his staff to improve their Customer Services techniques to the Public/Patients more effectively.

He praised the interactive style that is used with stimulating ideas from Ultra Training tutor Garry Mitchell.
